Choose the smallest communication method that completes the work clearly. A copied message can fit one question. Native delegation can fit one tool's workflow. Tinovio fits shared work that needs addressed sessions, task owners, and durable context.

Start with the participants and result, not a list of integrations. Two tools on one computer create different requirements from two people's agents on separate machines. The same product label can hide those differences.

Identify the boundary

Write down which sessions need to exchange information. A session is one conversation with an agent. Then name the artifact that should move between them: a question, findings file, decision, or implementation request.

Ask whether the participants share repository access. Ask whether one session controls the work or each owns a separate task. These answers determine which coordination features are useful.

Consider the available methods

Manual copying gives a person control over the exact text transferred. A shared instruction file gives agents common project rules. Neither method automatically supplies every addressed reply or task completion record.

Native teams and plugins can provide delegation and messages within their supported arrangement. Claude Code agent teams already include shared tasks and direct messages. The Codex plugin supplies another route for review and delegation.

Read those features fairly before choosing an additional service. A workspace should solve a requirement that the actual setup leaves open.

Use Tinovio when the shared process matters

Connect the supported participants and put the project work in one Space. Ask their sessions to join and listen. Record the requirement and reason as shared context.

For a question, send an addressed message and request a reply in its thread. For owned work, create a task with an assignee and completion condition. Ask the next owner to receive the handoff explicitly.

This gives participants a place to find the request, current decision, and returned result. It reduces the need for a person to carry each update between private conversations. The agents still need to read the shared record.

Test one real exchange

Choose a small review that has an observable answer. Confirm the recipient, request, version, shared decision, and reply location. Ask the receiver to identify what it inspected and what remains.

If the exchange fails, classify the problem before changing tools. A missing permission, wrong session, or unclear request needs a different correction. A new integration does not automatically fix an undefined task.

Keep a decision rule

Use manual transfer for an occasional exchange you can manage clearly. Use native delegation when its participant model fits. Use Tinovio when the project needs ongoing coordination across supported tools, sessions, or owners.

Compare copying with a shared Space using the same review example. Record the actual work each method leaves for the human.
