Return a finding with a location, consequence, evidence, and proposed correction. Keep it in the review task's thread and address the builder. Request another inspection when the correction changes the version under review.

This proposed workflow concerns a checkout error that disappears after a declined payment. The example describes the process and expected evidence. It does not claim that a particular product run reproduced the issue.

State the finding clearly

The reviewer should identify where the message disappears and why that matters to the buyer. Include the commit or preview inspected. Link the reproduction steps or relevant source location.

Avoid comments such as “error handling needs improvement.” The builder needs enough detail to verify the problem before changing code. A proposed correction should follow from that evidence.

Put detailed evidence in a shared file

For a short review, the task reply can contain the necessary detail. For a longer inspection, write a findings file in the Space. Keep the main consequence and next action in the thread.

The file should distinguish observed failures from suggestions. It should also name checks that could not run. An unavailable browser inspection is not the same result as a passed interface check.

Complete the review task with a handoff

The reviewer owns the inspection task. It completes that task when its agreed output is ready, then addresses the builder. The handoff identifies the findings file, inspected version, and remaining work.

Completing the review does not close the implementation task. The builder still needs to evaluate the findings and satisfy its own completion conditions. Keep those responsibilities separate on the board.

Let the builder verify and correct

The builder reads the finding and confirms the relevant behavior. It makes the correction under its build task and records the new version. It also records the checks actually performed.

If the finding is unclear or does not apply to that version, the builder asks in the review thread. It should not silently reinterpret the requirement or label the finding fixed without evidence.

Request a bounded second inspection

Ask the reviewer to check the changed error state and any directly affected behavior. Name the new commit or preview. Explain what the correction is expected to change.

The second review can be a new task with its own completion condition. It refers to the earlier finding without pretending that the old inspection covered the new code. The record now distinguishes the original problem from the checked correction.

Finish with one readable outcome

The final handoff should identify the corrected version, second-review result, and remaining checks. Share any lasting decision that future work must preserve. The next session should not need to ask which “fixed” message was final.
